Todays Workout
Earlier today I did a workout and it consist of a:
15 minute jog
3x12 bench press
4x10 dumbbell press
3x10 decline bench press
3x10 weighted decline push ups
3x10 weighted triceps' dips
3x10 triceps' extensions
5x5 close grip bench
