I was doing some research on fitness meal plans and I came across this. It gives you tips on what you could do and eat and how you can stay on track with your meal plan. Meal plans and good nutrition is just as important as working out if not more important. If you are working your butt off at the gym but coming home and eating a bunch of crap then you aren't going to get half the results that you wanted. If you eat well and workout correct and really hard at the gym then you will most definitely get the results that you want.
